(20S)-Protopanaxatriol （PPT）通过人脐静脉内皮细胞 (HUVEC) 中的糖皮质激素受体 (GR) 和雌激素受体 (ER) 发挥作用。 (20S)-Protopanaxatriol (1 µM) 通过 ERβ提高 NO 的生成[1] 。 (20S)-Protopanaxatriol 抑制 Gal4-LXRα LBD 的自主反式激活，即 SREBP-1c 及其启动子的 T0901317 依赖性转录。(20S) -Protopanaxatriol (10 μg/mL) 阻止 RNA 聚合酶 II 招募到 SREBP-1c 的 LXRE 区域。(20S)-Protopanaxatriol 还抑制与脂肪生成相关的 LXRα 靶基因的 T0901317 依赖性转录，并降低 T0901317 诱导的细胞甘油三酯 (TG) 在原代肝细胞中的积累，但不改变 ABCA1 的转录，ABCA1 也是 LXRα 靶基因[2]。 在 HCC827GR 和 H1975 细胞系中，g-PPT（100 nM、1 μM、10 μM、20 μM；48 小时）均导致 SCD1 表达下降[3]。 PPT能抑制A549和SK-MES-1细胞的活力和侵袭能力，促进细胞凋亡。 |

(20S)-Protopanaxatriol (10 mg/kg; i.p.; 每天，持续 4 周) 与Gefitinib协同抑制异种移植物生长[3]。 在亨廷顿病大鼠模型中，Protopanaxtriol (PPT) 可减少与阿尔茨海默病相关的学习和记忆障碍，并防止 3-NP 诱导的氧化应激，这与其抗氧化活性有关[5]。 |
