Benserazide(5-50 mg/kg;腹腔内注射)治疗 6-OHDA 损伤大鼠可增加外源性 L-DOPA 衍生的细胞外 DA 水平,Benserazide剂量依赖性显著延长DA达到峰值的时间。10 mg/kg和50 mg/kg的Benserazide可显著降低去神经纹状体组织中的AADC活性。Benserazide降低黑质纹状体去神经大鼠纹状体中央AADC活性,导致外源性L-DOPA代谢改变[2]。
